Find the Right Capacity. Deploy Faster.
Infrastructure Built Around AI Compute
Traditional colocation availability does not mean a facility can support AI infrastructure.
HDDC.ai sources and evaluates data center capacity based on the actual requirements of your deployment.
Find CapacityHigh-density GPU deployments require the right combination of:
- Available IT load
- Rack density
- Cooling capability
- Power architecture
- Network connectivity
- Deployment timeline
- Expansion capacity
- Commercial terms

Colocation Sourcing Process
From requirement definition through transaction coordination.
We start with the deployment. Typical requirements include IT load, server configuration, rack quantity, rack density, cooling architecture, target location, target RFS date, network requirements, redundancy, contract term, and expansion needs.
HDDC.ai identifies data center opportunities that fit the requirement across operators, colocation providers, AI infrastructure facilities, high-density facilities, independent and regional data centers, and upcoming capacity — including capacity that is not broadly marketed.
Available MW alone is not enough. Each opportunity is evaluated against usable IT capacity, rack-level power, cooling configuration, PUE, A/B power, redundancy, cross-connects, carriers, network options, facility configuration, expansion, and deployment constraints.
Compare qualified opportunities across monthly recurring cost, $/kW, NRC, power structure, PUE, contract term, escalators, deposits, RFS commitments, expansion rights, and SLA structure.
Once a facility is selected, HDDC.ai helps coordinate provider introductions, technical discussions, site visits, proposal review, LOI coordination, commercial negotiation, MSA and service order coordination, engineering alignment, and RFS planning.
GPU Infrastructure
Source the Compute Behind AI.
HDDC.ai sources GPU systems and AI infrastructure for high-density deployments. We work with qualified suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, integrators, and infrastructure partners to source compute based on GPU platform, system configuration, quantity, delivery location, availability, deployment timeline, and data center environment.
NVIDIA GPU Systems
B200, B300, GB200, GB300 and related platforms for AI training and inference.
GPU Servers
High-density GPU servers configured for AI training and inference.
Rack-Scale AI Systems
Integrated compute infrastructure for large AI environments.
Networking
High-speed Ethernet and InfiniBand infrastructure.
Storage
High-performance storage for AI workloads.
Supporting Infrastructure
Rack, power distribution, networking, and deployment equipment required for the environment.
GPU + Colo
Source Both Sides of the Deployment.
One of the biggest challenges in AI infrastructure is aligning hardware availability with deployable data center capacity. HDDC.ai coordinates both.
Instead of buying GPUs first then searching for power — or signing capacity first then trying to source hardware — we help align the complete deployment.

Why HDDC.ai
Infrastructure focused on what AI deployments actually need.
High-Density Focus
AI infrastructure has different requirements from traditional enterprise colocation. HDDC.ai focuses specifically on infrastructure capable of supporting high-density compute.
Colocation First
Data center capacity is the foundation of every large-scale GPU deployment. We start with the physical infrastructure required to support the compute.
Infrastructure + Compute
We source both colocation capacity and GPU infrastructure so the deployment can be evaluated as a complete system rather than separate transactions.
Technical Screening
We do not evaluate facilities based only on advertised MW. We evaluate rack density, cooling, power, connectivity, RFS, and scalability.
Market Access
We work across data center operators and infrastructure suppliers to identify qualified opportunities.
Speed
AI infrastructure requirements move quickly. HDDC.ai helps evaluate multiple options in parallel and focuses on what can actually be deployed.
